Having sold many rental properties off over the years, via Ben Rose, (following some bad experiences with many of their local competitors, to sell off our rental properties), we instructed them to sell the remainder all at once - in order for us to retire. I knew what they were capable of based on previous experiences but this experience left me surprised with how smoothly things went. It turned out to be a 7 month project (we expected much longer) that had the potential for many hiccups along the way. Tammy Daly is the manager there, and Tammy, along with her fabulous knowledgeable team, worked so hard to sell these properties. They are extremely competent (not something all local agents can boast - believe me), and extremely strong on communication. I never felt as if I didn't know what was happening. They chased solicitors on both sides when updates were needed. They have a no-nonsense attitude and are extremely sales-driven and focussed. They keep things simple and effective. Simon Hazelwood, Regional Valuation Manager, really knows the local market like no one else I know, and was a great help in planning our strategy. The rest of the support team are equally as impressive, cheerful and polite. I couldn't have been happier with how things went, they made our road to retirement as smooth as could be.
