Meet the team

My role is to lead the highly successful sales team at the Chorley office. Ensuring the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis, I am involved across all aspects of the process. Advising and agreeing nearly £140,000,000 in gross sales over the past year, I am extremely proud of the success and achievements we achieve for our clients and the business. Whilst ensuring that these levels of results are maintained, I am passionate that each and every seller and buyer receives as much of a personal focused relationship and experience throughout their journey with myself and my team. I am always there to help and offer the best advice I can to any questions you may have in what can be a complex and lengthy process. During my spare time, I enjoy travel and spending time with my family.

As part of my role at Ben Rose I carry out any valuations in the Leyland Area, with a wealth of knowledge I will carry out extensive research in order to attract the best audience and achieve the best possible price. As Branch Manager I’m very proud of the team at Leyland. I consider myself loyal and trust worthy and ‘you get exactly what is says on the tin’. In my own time I enjoy spending time with my family and spending weekends off in the beautiful Lake District.

My role is to manage the day-to-day running of the Bamber Bridge office. In my spare time I enjoy going on holiday and kayaking with family.

My role as Branch Manager is to lead the team and ensure the smooth day to day running of the office. With over a decade's worth of experience, I have built up my skills and knowledge to ensure you are in the best hands whether you are selling or buying. I am always involved across all aspects of the process from the very start and right the way through until we hand the keys over. My main focus is that of you the client, the relationships built and the experience you have with my team. Our aim is simple, sell your home for the best possible price in a timely manner. I will always be available to help and offer the best advice I can. Rest assured you will be in safest of hands. During my spare time, I enjoy eating out, fitness and mostly spending time with my two boys and my wife.

Whilst my career across all levels in the industry spans over 20 years, I am continually striving to gain as much insight and knowledge into the market in order to benefit the advice I give to our clients. Working with residential sellers, investors and developers, my role is to achieve the strongest outcomes regarding the sale of homes, property portfolios, land and new build developments. Regularly appearing in media sources offering help and advise relating to the market, I also present our bespoke property tours for high value listings.

My role here at Ben Rose consists of all aspects within the valuation team, advising you on current market conditions, giving you an accurate valuation figure for your property to enable you to sell your home at the best possible price and to assist the team with any on going questions or queries that you may have. In my spare time i enjoy spending time with my children, travel and socialising.

My job is to value your property, keep up to date with the current housing market and advise people on the best price to market their property whilst managing the team here at Bamber Bridge. I love my job and pride myself in trying to make the process an enjoyable one and achieve people the best price possible for their property! In my own time I love eating out and spending time with my family.

My role here as a sales negotiator is to assist with ensuring buyers find their ideal home. This process is anything from arranging viewings right through to negotiating the sale. My expertise in the office on a daily basis is ensuring all compliance is met and buyers are financially qualified in order to issue sales paperwork and get our properties to SSTC. I am extremely proud that I have been part of the team here 8 years and seen the business progress to the most successful agent in the area. In my spare time I love to travel as much as I can and find new and exciting places to go on holiday.

My role involves the registering of applicants to match them with our available properties. I also arrange viewings and book valuations. In my free time I like to travel by having weekends away and going camping. I also play for my local rugby team.

My job role is mainly to deal with sales progression ensuring a smooth process is achieved throughout. I also negotiate sales, book viewings and occasionally conduct the viewings. In my spare time I love being outside – I enjoy getting out and about on my horse, going for big walks, bike rides and socializing with friends whilst eating out.

My role is to register applicants, book in valuations for your property and liaise with clients. In my spare time I like going out with my friends and chilling with my dog watching the TV.

My role as a sales negotiator includes answering inquiries, booking viewings, taking offers and helping people right through to completion day. In my spare time, I love watching The Office and going to the spa!

My job is to ensure that once we have conducted a valuation at a property our vendors have a direct point of contact if they have any queries or wish to proceed to place their property on the Market. In some cases, our vendors might not be ready to proceed straight away and it is my job to stay in touch and guide them until they are ready to sell their property. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

My role is to offer a direct point of contact following your valuation to assist you with getting on the market. I love to spend time with my three children and enjoy weekends at the lakes.

My role involves all aspects of selling properties, specifically the sales progression. In my free time I enjoy walking my dogs and spending time with my cat, Sir Ronald!

My jobs are to liaise with both buyers and vendors, to ensure the process of buying property is efficient as possible for all parties involved, including booking viewings, registering clients and negotiating offers. In my free time I like to keep fit in the gym, watch football at the weekend and go on trips away with friends.

My job is to manage your viewings of properties and guide you through the house-hunting process. I love spending my downtime with family and friends, going for walks with my dogs and watching boxsets.

My role as a sales consultant is to be the first point of contact after your valuation to answer any queries or simply get you onto the market as soon as possible. In my spare time I enjoy catching up with friends, family and my two dogs!

In my role I specialise in dealing with all aspects of selling properties, particularly sales progression and conducting viewings. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family/friends, watching football and going for cocktails.

As part of my role, I specialise in registering interest, booking viewings and sales progression. As I deal with everything from start to finish, this enables the process to run as smooth as possible. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with friends/family, going on walks and eating out at new places.

My role as lettings negotiator is to match the right tenants with the property that’s right for them and deal with all aspects of lettings. In my free time I enjoy watching Greys Anatomy, shopping and going out to eat.

My role as Lettings Assistant is to make sure our data is correct and up to date and to ensure a smoother process. In my spare time, I love renovating and spending time with my family and friends.

I’m the head photographer/videographer here at Ben Rose. My job is to present your property to the highest of standards when going onto the market. In my spare time I like to travel as much as I can to new places, whilst also being a keen photographer outside of work.

My role is to help make your property look as nice as it can for the property market. I love practicing analogue photography and film as well as reading a good book.

My role is to photograph your property to the highest standard, preparing it to stand out on the market. In my spare time I love getting away in my camper van and spending time with family and friends.

I'm responsible for presenting your property professionally with quality photography, accurate floor plans, and engaging descriptions. In my spare time I love getting out into the countryside with my dog and I've recently gone back to university to study conservation management.

As HR Manager, I am responsible for the people side of the business, which includes everything involved in the employee life cycle from when a colleague joins the business and anything they encounter from an employment perspective along the way. In my spare time I like to exercise and spend time with my family and friends.

My role at Ben Rose is to oversee the Admin team and implement processes to ensure efficiency and productivity. In my spare time I like to go for walks and travel the country.

My role is to make sure that there is a seamless transition from the point at which a contract is sent out all the way through to putting a property live. I also make sure that everything is in place before a property can be put onto the market. I enjoy going for walks, reading, spending time with the people I love and cosy nights in with a boxset.

My role as admin assistant is to help ensure the day-to-day running of the business goes smoothly, dealing heavily with data and working on various different tasks. In my spare time I enjoy watching movies and spending time with family.

My role is to manage all incoming and outgoing payments for the business and undertake other general admin duties. In my spare time I love spending time with my family and friends.

My role is Trainee Data Entry Administrator. I am responsible for gathering and collating data from various websites to help our business. In my free time I enjoy learning about the world and I also box.

I have worked at Ben Rose for the last 10 years and in that time I’ve worked across all aspects of the business as EPC Advisor, Photographer and Valuer. My current role within Ben Rose is Accompany Viewer which I love, conducting viewings, having good knowledge about our properties, answering questions and being the first face to face contact within Ben Rose and making a good first impressions with our new clients. When am not at work I love walking, going to the gym, socialising with family and friends, going on holidays and looking after my grandchildren.

I'm one of the Property Viewing Assistants and I thoroughly enjoy my job. I really love meeting new people and helping them to see all the benefits of each property I show them. When I'm not working I love to spend time with my husband and twin sons. I have a real passion for travel, weight training and spoiling my beautiful cat Flo.

My role as property viewer is just the perfect job, I love meeting new people and helping them to find their next home. I love to spend time with my family and I am a very proud Grandma. Baking is my passion, but don't think I'm ready for The Great British Bake Off.

My role as a property viewer allows me to be at the very start of a client’s journey to buy a house, sharing the excitement! I spend my free time walking our border collie Stanley, going to the gym and seeing my children and grandson. My husband and I also love holidays and travelling in our camper van.
