Great experience with all the team at Ben Rose! The sales team Katie and Leanne were always happy to help and chase solicitors when we bought our house even when the process was a bit longer than we hoped! Every step was handled smoothly
I was in the market to rent for a couple of months and dealt with several estate agents where the service was genuinely shocking. Ben Rose were the complete opposite from the very first call. As I was moving 150 miles, they made sure with the landlord upfront that I ticked all the boxes before arranging a viewing, so I wasn’t making a wasted trip. Even the calls before the viewing just felt easy, more like speaking to people who actually cared than being processed. From the viewing itself, through to the application, and right up to getting the keys, every step was handled smoothly. Nothing felt difficult, nothing felt delayed, and I was kept in the loop at every single stage. They even arranged for a handyman to come out in my first week to sort a few bits, which says everything about how they operate. Moving is stressful. There’s a lot to think about. But when the estate agent delivers a great service, it takes a huge weight off. Massive thanks to the team, I’d highly recommend if you’re looking to rent.

Ben Rose Chorley provided a five star service throughout the whole sale process from initial valuation through to completion. The best things about Ben Rose are the teamwork and customer service. I was sceptical at first about using an agent with separate teams for onboarding, sales and sales progression thinking a single contact throughout would be preferable.
