Six years ago, following the death of my mother, when we trying to sell her bungalow which was in need of some maintenance and TLC, we had tried a couple of estate agents with no success until Ben arrived in Chorley. He gave us realistic expectations, advice on what to do to make the place appealing and put the property on the market at a sensible and achievable price (other estate agents had advised a lot more!) He also charged much less in fees than any other agents - and the property sold within two weeks after six months of trying with others. Ben and his team offered constant support and advice whenever needed and were always there for reassurance during a trying time. We couldn't recommend him and his company more highly - thoroughly professional, helpful, kind and considerate and very, very efficient.
