Ben Rose where absolutely fantastic at helping us sell our home, we had a really bad experience with Strike where we had 1 viewing in 3 months. Within a few hours of listing our house with Ben Rose we had 10+ viewings booked and the house sold within a couple of days for over our asking price (Strike had previously advised us to drop the price by 5k!!!!). The whole team where brilliant during the whole process, the house we purchased was also through Ben Rose and they really put us at ease whenever we had any worries. Tammy in particular was great and was always a friendly voice on the phone, even after the sale was complete Tammy has helped us get information from the previous owner (wall colours etc) so they don't just wash their hands of you once they have been paid, I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben Rose and their team.
