October 2024 I moved into a house through Ben Rose. This is my second privately rented property I’ve moved into and my first experience wasn’t great. When we first moved in to this house it wasn’t in the best of states. It’s taken a lot of work, but now it’s like a whole new house from the outside to the inside. Ben Rose has worked with us all the way through. Any repairs that was needed they’ve had someone come and resolve within days of reporting it. Any concerns we’ve had they’ve listened and took on board what we’ve said. They’ve talked us through future plans to improve the premises. I just cannot fault my experience so far with them. Joanne and Sophie from lettings is who I’ve mainly dealt with and they’ve always got back to me with solutions.
